  • Service request form submissions: name, phone number, email address, service address, and a description of the work you need.
  • Online booking: the same contact details plus an appointment date and time you select.
  • Live chat: our Site embeds a live chat widget operated by Housecall Pro. Messages you send through the chat, and any contact information you provide in chat, are handled by Housecall Pro on our behalf.
  • Communications: any email, phone call, or text message you send to us, and our responses.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site. This may be collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Cookies: the Site uses cookies for basic functionality (caching, security, session continuity) and may use cookies for traffic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some Site features may not work without them.

1.3 Information from third parties

  • Hosting and security providers (e.g., Cloudflare, Hostinger) may log information about your visit for security and performance purposes.
  • Housecall Pro stores customer, job, estimate, and payment records associated with services we provide to you.

  • To respond to service requests and schedule appointments.
  • To perform electrical work at the service address you provide.
  • To invoice and collect payment for services rendered.
  • To communicate with you about your job, including reminders and follow-ups.
  • To improve the Site, troubleshoot problems, and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate our business:

  • Service providers: Housecall Pro (CRM, scheduling, invoicing, live chat), payment processors, hosting providers, and other vendors that help us run the business. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
  • Field technicians: our employees and subcontractors receive the information needed to perform your job.
  • Legal compliance: if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred to the successor entity.

4. Data Retention

We retain customer and job records for as long as necessary to operate our business, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Typical retention is seven years for transactional records. You may request earlier deletion as described in Section 7.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. YouTube API Services

Phase NW uses YouTube API Services to publish marketing videos to Phase NW’s own YouTube channel. Our use of YouTube API Services is governed by the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

What YouTube data we access: we use the YouTube Data API solely to upload videos to and manage the public listing of Phase NW’s own channel. We do not access, collect, or store data about YouTube users, viewers, or any third-party channel.

What we store: we retain only metadata about the videos we ourselves upload (e.g., title, description, video ID) for internal record-keeping. We do not retain YouTube user data of any kind.

Revoking access: you can revoke Phase NW’s access to your Google account at any time by visiting the Google Security settings page.

Data deletion: to request deletion of any personal data Phase NW may have collected through YouTube API Services, contact sales@phasenw.com.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before providing them with personal information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on the Site and, where required, sent to you by email.
