Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Phase NW LLC website at www.phasenw.com (the “Site”) and any services we provide (“Services”). By using the Site or requesting Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Phase NW LLC (“Phase NW,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a licensed residential electrical contractor based at 8601 S 212th St, Kent, WA 98031. Contact: sales@phasenw.com, (206) 487-7278.

2. Services

Phase NW provides residential electrical services including panel upgrades, EV charger installation, wiring and rewiring, lighting installation, electrical safety inspections, troubleshooting, and related work, in the geographic areas listed on the Site. All electrical work is performed under a Washington State electrical contractor license.

3. Service Areas

Service availability is limited to the cities and zip codes listed on the Site. We reserve the right to decline service outside our published service area or for jobs that fall outside our expertise.

4. Estimates, Booking, and Payment

  • Estimates provided before work is performed are based on the information you supply and on-site inspection. Final invoiced amounts may differ if site conditions, scope, or materials change.
  • Bookings made through the Site or by phone are subject to scheduling availability and confirmation.
  • Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through the methods supported by our scheduling and invoicing partner, Housecall Pro.
  • Cancellation policies are provided at the time of booking.

5. Warranties

Phase NW warrants workmanship in accordance with industry standards and Washington State licensing requirements. Material warranties are governed by the manufacturer of each product installed. Except as expressly stated in writing, no other warranties (express or implied) are made.

6. User Conduct on the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems.
  • Submit false or misleading information through Site forms.
  • Interfere with the Site’s normal operation, including via automated tools, scrapers, or bots.

7. Informational Content

Articles, guides, and other content published on the Site are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute professional electrical advice for your specific situation. Electrical work is dangerous; consult a licensed electrician before attempting any repair or installation. Phase NW disclaims liability for actions taken based on Site content alone.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and code, is owned by Phase NW LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. YouTube API Services Acknowledgment

Any features of Phase NW’s systems that interact with YouTube are subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Phase NW uses YouTube API Services solely to upload and manage videos on Phase NW’s own YouTube channel for marketing purposes.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Phase NW is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, except where prohibited by law. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to the amount you have paid to Phase NW in the preceding twelve months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Phase NW LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors harmless from any claim arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
